  • We understand that being on camera can feel a bit intimidating. Our team is trained to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for your loved one. We begin with a casual conversation and allow them to share at their own pace. Our goal is to make the experience enjoyable and natural for them.

  • During our pre-interview consultation, we'll discuss the photos and videos you'd like to include. We'll help guide you on how to select meaningful images that best tell your loved one's story.

  • The typical turnaround time is between 8-10 weeks after the interview. This allows us time for professional editing, photo and video incorporation, and any special requests you may have.

    Longer interviews with more photo and video scans included may take longer to produce. In most cases, we can accelerate the turnaround time for your interview for an additional fee.

  • All of our packages come with a single round of revisions. We’ll send you a draft preview of the final product, at which point you’ll be able to give us detailed feedback about any changes you require.

    After the first round of revisions, you may request additional revisions for an additional fee.

  • For all of our packages, you’ll receive a digital download link so that you can download the final interview video.

    The final product will be delivered in a high-resolution digital format, compatible with various devices. You'll receive a link that you can easily share with family and friends. Physical copies on a USB drive can also be ordered.

  • Yes, family members are welcome to be present if it comforts your loved one. Their participation can be discussed during our pre-interview consultation to ensure it contributes positively to the process.

  • We can likely accommodate special requests, depending on their level of intricacy. Our goal is to create a video that is as unique as your loved one's life story. During our consultation, we'll discuss any special requests or elements you'd like to include in the video.

  • Absolutely. Additional copies of the video can be ordered at any time, up to 3 months after the completion of the final video. They can be in digital format or on a high-quality USB drive.

  • Our team will guide you through every step of the preparation process. Generally, it involves selecting photos or videos, discussing potential interview questions or themes, and ensuring your loved one feels comfortable and ready to share their story.

  • We strive to accommodate our clients' needs. While we are based in Atlanta, GA, we can discuss travel arrangements during our initial consultation to find a solution that works best for you.
